All of our sites are designed to be search engine friendly. We will not use Frames or Tables to control the look and feel of a site. We will work with you and your content to structure it in legitimate ways to aid its positioning with search engines.
By adhering to the standards and accessibility legislation you are in fact future proofing your web site and hence changing design to cope with newer access methods (TV, Mobile etc.) will therefore be simpler to incorporate in the future. Also by writing code that works with the latest browsers, without employing any of the usual browser “hacks” to get round differences between browsers will put you in the ideal position when new versions of browsers are introduced (like IE7) in the future.
As standard with all the web sites we produce we provide full documentation on how the site is created and what it’s maintenance needs are, this includes a handover/training session with your personnel so that if you wish you can take over the maintenance of your site thereafter. However we can also provide you with ongoing support on a contractual basis, or even ad-hoc support when and if you need it.
