Services - Web Maintenance
Jadex Solutions offers 3 levels of maintenance services (Bronze, Silver or Gold). Each of these levels provides the same basic services, as listed below, but with a different
allowance with regards to inclusive maintenance hours.
- Usage Analysis: - Analysis of a web site's usage and the production of usage reports that will be posted into a secure area of your web server for viewing and download.
- Health Checks: - All links and graphics to be checked within the web site and any errors found corrected. The integrity any databases within the site will also be checked and erros corrected.
- Minor Content Updates: - Updating of content, images and other small scale changes withing the site as requested by you that can be done within the contracted number of service hours. (Large scale changes would be subject to a separate design and development contract).
- Website Backup: - Each maintenance period a backup of the entire website (including databases) would be taken and archived.
- Maintenance Report: - Report of all maintenance work undertaken, errors found, corrective action taken and maintenance hours used for the selected maintenance period.
Service Levels 
- Basic: - Quarterly provision of the services described above with 5 hours per quarter allowance for corrections and content update.
- Bronze: - Monthly provision of the services described above and 5 hours per month allowance for corrections and content update.
- Silver: - Monthly provision of the services described above and 10 hours per month allowance for corrections and content update.
- Gold: - Monthly provision of the services described above and 15 hours per month allowance for corrections and content update.
If additonal allowance is required above these levels this can be added in increments of an hour.

The minimum length of a service contract is 1 year.
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT, and if the site was not created by Jadex Solutions additional set up costs may be applicable.
