• IBM Business z-Class Mainframe Replacement
  This project, for a large utility company was to replace an existing IBM zClass Mainframe to very tight timescales whilst ensuring there were no loss of services. The project required the coordination of technical support, network and application support teams along with specialist technical consultants.
• HR Call Center
  The creation of a centralised HR Call Center for internal use. This project required the management of both technical IT resources to deliver the necessary application and infrastructure processes, as well as the associated changes to the HR organisation structure and processes.
• Enterprise Content Management
  The implementation of an enterprise wide document management system into a Customer Relations center for a FTSE 250 company. Included within the scope of the project, was not only the delivery of the new Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system, but also the migration of some 10+ years worth of historic data totalling around 40 million documents.
